Frequently Asked Questions

How much does your service cost, and what’s included?

Every home is unique in size, location, systems, and owner preferences. That’s why we don’t offer one-size fits-all pricing. We provide a custom quote after a home visit and walkthrough to understand your specific needs.

How often do you visit the property, and can I choose the frequency?

We recommend weekly visits based on our training and experience. It’s the best way to catch small issues before they become big, costly problems.

What exactly do you look for during each visit?

We perform a visual inspection inside and out, checking for anything out of place—like leaks, damage, unusual smells or sounds, security issues, and property access concerns.

Do you provide a written report or photos after each visit?

Yes. You’ll receive a digital report with photos after every visit, sent directly to your email.

What happens if you find something wrong or urgent?

If it’s minor, we’ll handle it on the spot. For serious issues, we’ll contact you right away and, if needed, call in the appropriate professionals immediately.

Are you insured, bonded and certified?

Yes—we’re fully insured, bonded and certified by the National Home Watch Association, where we’re also accredited members.

Can you oversee or coordinate service providers or contractors if needed?

Yes. We can recommend trusted providers, schedule access, oversee work and send you updates with reports and photos.

Will having a home watch service help with my homeowners insurance or claims?

Yes. Many insurers require regular checks for vacant homes, and having documented visits can avoid delays or denial of claims.
